Data Centre Outage August
August 1st and 3rd 2022
Our web servers and one nameserver, and those of many other providers, were intermittently unavailable for a period due to a network issue at our provider's data centre.
We monitored networking and server status until their technical issues were resolved.
We then checked our servers were functioning normally for our customers' websites and email.
We apologise for any inconvenience this outage caused.
Our providers have an exceptionally high availability record and this is the first outage of this type for many years.
