Can't access web site or email?

If you cannot access then you are most likely not connected to the internet. Try rebooting your computer and your router. If you still cannot connect to the problem is with your ISP or computer (e.g. BT, Plusnet, Virgin etc.) and not our systems. Please contact your ISP or desktop/mobile technical support in this case.


If your site is only inaccessible to you, your IP address (your personal internet connection) may be blocked by our server. If this is the case, please go to and take a note of your IP address. Create a support ticket stating that you believe your address is blocked and include the IP address you noted down earlier, also include an alternate email address or telephone number as your main email will probably be inaccessible too.
