 Support tickets regarding email issues

Solution

If you are going to create a support ticket regarding being unable to receive emails, you should include an alternate email address that you are currently able to receive emails from. You must use an alternate email address that is not hosted on the same server as the one you are having issues with.

If you do not have an alternate address, please create a free email account with one of the many providers available.

It is always handy to have a spare email account for a range of purposes, and seeing as these are free and easy to create, it is worth doing now.
