Can't access your web site?

Solution

If you check your site using http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ you will be able to see if the rest of the world can see your website.

If your site is only inaccessible to you, your IP address (your personal internet connection) may be blocked by our server. If this is the case, please go to http://whatsmyip.org and take a note of your IP address. Create a support ticket stating that you believe your address is blocked and include the IP address you noted down earlier, also include an alternate email address or telephone number as your main email will probably be inaccessible too.

Please Note: If your email is working, you are not being blocked by our server and the problem is probably on your local computer.

If your site is down for everyone, create a ticket with a title of WEB SITE DOWN, include a description of any recent changes made to the site and an approximate time you believe it went down.
