If your webmail works, then it is unlikely that we will be able to help further.

The limit of our email hosting support is providing connection details e.g. Username, password, incoming and outgoing mail server address details.


If your issues relate to software on your computer, phone or tablet, it is beyond our remit. For software issues beyond you experience/skill level, you will need to engage the services of third party professionals or others with the necessary skill set.
